Honored artist of Russia.
In 1941-1947 studied at secondary art school under the Academy of Arts from V.V. Sokolov. In 1947 entered I.E. Repin Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture, studied under professors L.F. Ovsyannikov, V.N. Meshkov, R.R. Frents. Participated in all-union, republican exhibitions. Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1956.1960 Soviet Russia. As a member of author's group (V. I. Seleznev, B. V.Kotik, N. M. Kutuzov, F. V. Savostyanov) participated in creation of diaframe “Running the blockade of Leningrad” (800 cm x 4000 cm, 1980-1985) The works are in Museum of Oktober Revolution in Moscow and many regional museums, as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad: China, Italy, France, USA, England, Norway, Turkey
